Raising awareness of Lifeline and Link-Up is
half the battle. Here are resources to help you report on these
important programs. Within this section of the Web site you will
find materials that are designed to enhance awareness of the
Lifeline and Link-Up programs. These programs provide significant
help to eligible consumers in setting up and paying for telephone
service. Whether you work for a local social service agency, a
senior center, or a community newspaper, these materials are
user-friendly resources to help in the task of raising consumer
awareness of these programs and helping eligible consumers enroll.
